You are receiving this email because of your affiliation with the North Shore chapter of Hawai'i Farmers Union United (HFUU).
Unfortunately Hawaii Farmers Union, North Shore Oahu Chapter did not receive the Impact Hub scholarship necessary to host this event and we will need to cancel our 9/16 Agri-Business Cafe Night.
Although we have to cancel this event, we have some great resources which developed in the process of planning this event which can be emailed to you upon request, including:
resource list of Oahu farms and supporting businesses (e.g. value-added businesses
businesses depending on Hawaii grown products
businesses assisting with farm efficiency and sourcing directly from farms, etc.
survey of interest in start-up businesses that support Hawaii's farms
resource guide of agri-business organizations and the type of services each provides
We encourage you to consider attending the Hawaii Agriculture Conference, October 15-16, 2019 as many of the great speakers and organizations we planned to support at our event will be participating in the Ag Conference. They'll also host a Buyer-Grower Meet Up.
