Mānoa Honey was started in 1989 in O'ahu's Mānoa Valley. Since its inception, we have put our very best efforts and passion into producing the finest honey as well as specialty hive products. Honeybees make honey, one of the world's most delicious and nutritious sweeteners, but they also play a very important role in the food chain. Bees are one of the most important pollinators, not only to cultivated crops, but also to wild plants which are essential habitat for hundreds of wild creatures. As one of the few beekeeping companies on O'ahu, we take great pride in helping bees thrive in this remote and fragile ecosystem.
Mānoa Honey is a small, family-owned and -operated beekeeping company with teams of beekeepers and a honey house crew, working hard every day – just like bees! Our goal is to become a unique, creative resource for our community through our skills and knowledge of beekeeping. We are passionate about providing the finest products and services here in Hawaii.
Attendees are encourages to bring a dish to share.
