Description: "It's real, it's hard, but it's attainable." The words of this Hawaii woman farmer ring true for many. As the "culture" of agriculture is evolving, so is the identity of farmers, with increasing numbers of women engaged in farming and managing agribusinesses. It's through the Hawaii Women Farmers Network, developed by O'ahu RC&D, that many agribusinesses have progressed and will continue to create new opportunities for a resilient and sustainable sector. Here about the past projects and upcoming events that could be a tool for your farm and ranch.
Attendees are encourages to bring a dish to share.
