Potluck/Meeting, Monday June 19th
Aloha Kakou,
The newly formed North Shore Oahu chapter of the Hawaii Farmers Union United will be having our monthly meeting Monday, June 19th and you are invited to attend! Our monthly meetings will take place the third Monday of every month. We have found a home at the old Waialua Court House in Haleiwa town. The courthouse is located next to Long's and information and directions can be found here.
The evening will start with a community pot-luck dinner. Bringing a dish to share is encouraged. The agenda follows and will include a speaker that is in the process of confirmation. For this meeting, it is suggested that you either write down or prepare to present ideas and topics of interest for future guest speakers. Suggestions for "field trips" will also be welcomed.
Hope to see you all there. Please spread the word about our fun, family farming organization. All are welcome. If you are not a member yet, please join us so you can reap all the benefits that our community organization has to offer. Access and/or update your account/profile at Hawaii Farmers Union United website. If it's your first time, click "Login" and select "forgot password" using the email that receives this newsletter.
