The 2016 HFUU Annual Convention is Oct. 14-16 just outside of Hilo on Hawai'i Island. Our host is the beautiful OK Farms located alongside the historic Wailuku river in Hilo, long blessed with sufficient rainfall and used for agriculture for over 100 years. OK Farms specializes in high-quality tree crops such as coffee, macadamia nuts, cacao, hearts of palm, and a wide variety of citrus, tropical fruits and spices. The farm has doubled in size to over 1,000 acres.

Weekend Rate for Members: $145

Early Registration Special (Members): Organic Conference T-Shirt ($20 value) Till Sept. 21st

Non-Members: $195 (includes membership)

Rates do not include transportation or lodging (on site camping option).

Vendor Booths - We will provide a space for vendors to set up their own pop up tent, table and chair, and or they can be under a large tent we will provide in a ten by ten space. Each vendor will need to provide HFUU if they are going to be under the tent we provide or if they are going to bring their own. If they bring their own the size of their space will be larger.  Vendor booths are $250 for three days and or $100 per day. Vendors in addition are asked to provide a value of $100 of value in either product or service to be used in a silent auction as a fundraiser to benefit HFUU. Each vendor registration will entitle to have one person registered to all the benefits of those who attend which includes meals and music. 
 
Agricultural Agencies - All agricultural agencies that want to attend as a vendor will need to register for the convention yet we will provide a table and chair for them as a service to the community. 
 
Camping Overnite requires those who wish to do so to register online at $10 per nite per person. There will be a big top tent to pitch your single or double tent underneath of or a space for a camper to lay a ground cover and sleeping bag on.
